Their new bespoke office building at 9 Wilcock Street in Ardross is a stunning showcase of their award-winning design and construction techniques.
Designed by Bill and Pat Marcolina, together with the Atrium Homes design team and design company Valmont, the new building provides more room, improved facilities and more user-friendly office space for the growing number of staff. It also offers more comfortable surroundings for client meetings, including the fantastic new pre-start and consulting rooms.

“Being in a more accessible location has made it easier for our clients to visit us, and the well-appointed entry foyer helps promote our company image and show off the many awards that we’ve collected over the years.
“It is significant that in 50 years, our family business has only moved twice before. We really value the idea that there’s a future in everything we build.”
The new offices have also given Atrium a greater capacity to create individually designed homes. An important element of the building process is getting the design right, and having the ability to work personally with your designer is a real advantage.
Stuart Toplis and Cameron McDonald are two of Atrium’s top designers. Between them they have over 40 years experience, and they both enjoy working closely with clients, getting to know them and how they live.
“We start the building process with an initial consultation with the client, after which we prepare a detailed brief to ensure a design that is perfectly attuned to the client’s lifestyle and expectations,” said Stuart.
“Because Atrium Homes is a small, family-owned company, we can follow the progress of each home with the client, from our initial design concept right through to completion.
